Data collected

When you fill in the quote request form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, town, client type (private or professional), the services concerned, your message and, if you add them, up to 3 photos. This information is only used to answer your request and prepare a quote. It is never sold or passed on to third parties.

The form stores nothing on the website: your request is sent to us by email and you receive a confirmation email. These emails are delivered by our provider Resend (Resend, Inc., United States), under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you send us is used in the same way.

Conversations on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) privacy policy.

Retention period

Data relating to a request is kept for as long as needed to handle it, and for no more than 3 years after the last contact.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own servers: no request is sent to a third-party service when you visit.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting). The host may record technical connection data (IP address, date and time) for security and service reliability purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@garant-elec.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
